We suggest arriving 5 to 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

Appointments may require a credit card guarantee. Kindly provide at least 24 hours notice for all appointment changes and cancellations. Less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $50 fee. No shows and same day cancellations may be charged full price of services booked. Arrivals 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time will be considered late and may result in loss of reserved appointment time at the discretion of Artistic Rose Salon, LLC. Arrivals 30 minutes after scheduled appointment time will be considered a missed appointment.

Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Gift Certificates are accepted with proper identification.

Gift certificates are redeemable for all services or merchandise. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from purchase date.

Gratuities are not included in your bill. Quality service is customarily acknowledged by a gratuity of 15-20%.
